Terms & Conditions - Olalifestyle

1. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the scheduled session. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and PayPal.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 7+ days before the session date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the session are non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed once without penalty if done 48+ hours in advance.

3. Session Duration

Session durations vary by package. Standard sessions are 2 hours. Extended sessions and full-day bookings are available. Please arrive on time as late arrivals may result in shortened session time.

4. Image Delivery

Edited images will be delivered within 2-3 weeks via online gallery. Rush delivery available for additional fee. All images are professionally color-corrected and retouched. RAW files are not included unless specified in package.

5. Copyright & Usage

Olalifestyle retains copyright of all images. Clients receive personal usage rights for social media, printing, and sharing. Commercial usage requires written permission. We reserve the right to use images for portfolio and marketing purposes.

6. Weather & Emergencies

For outdoor sessions, weather-related rescheduling is allowed without penalty. In case of photographer illness or emergency, sessions will be rescheduled at earliest convenience with full refund option.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for location permits if required. Props, outfits, and styling are client's responsibility unless specified in package. Hair and makeup services can be arranged for additional fee.

8. Model Release

By booking a session, you grant Olalifestyle permission to use session images for marketing and portfolio purposes. If you prefer images not be shared publicly, please notify us in writing.

9. Liability

Olalifestyle is not liable for injuries during sessions. Equipment malfunction or data loss is covered by professional insurance. We maintain backup systems but recommend clients download images promptly.

10. Agreement
